PDF Print Basics

New to downloading and printing? You’re not alone. Here’s the quick version so you can get from “click” to “coloring” with minimal fuss.

1. Download

Click the Download PDF button on any coloring page. The file will usually open in a new browser tab.

2. Save the File

  • Desktop / Laptop: Look for a download arrow (often top right) or go to File → Save As…
  • iPad / iPhone: Tap the share icon (square + up arrow), then choose Save to Files or Download.
  • Android: Use the download icon in the PDF viewer or your browser menu.

3. Print Settings

  • Select your PDF in your print dialog.
  • Paper size: US Letter (8.5 x 11) or your local equivalent.
  • Scale: Actual Size / 100% (turn OFF “Fit to page” if it shrinks the art).
  • Orientation: Auto usually works; choose Portrait if unsure.

4. Reprint Anytime

You can print the page as many times as you like for personal use. Try different color palettes, gift a copy to a friend, or reprint if you want a do-over.

5. Having Trouble?

If your page prints too small, too big, or cuts off, double-check your printer settings — especially the scale. If you’re still not sure, check the manual that came with your printer (or do a quick search for your model). And if all else fails, you can always reach out through the Contact page. I may not be a tech wizard, but I’ll do my best to help.
